THIS "IPG" AND SUBSEQUENT STANDBY OR DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT IS ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH UCP600 ( UNIFORM CUSTOM AND PRACTICE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A DOCUMENTARY CREDIT PUBLICATION 600 AS STIPULATED UNDER PUBLISHED EDICTS OF THE ©ICC PARIS FRANCE FROM THE 1ST OF JULY 2007 : ©INCOTERMS 2000 IS THE REGISTERED TRADEMARK OF THE ICC PARIS,FRANCE, TO WHICH ADHERENCE SHALL ALSO APPLY TO MATTERS OF "DELIVERY"
I, Davide Giovanni Papa, said “Guarantor” of P.O Box 468 Carlton North 3054 Melbourne, Australia carrying on business as an Australian verifiable and registered entity , do hereby Guarantee to protect the interest of the below named intermediary and beneficiary with good and honourable Intent, based upon the pre-advised Information, preamble, terms and conditions in support of this Guarantee as specified.
Preamble
The Guarantor also known as the “Buyer and Seller” of products defined on the IPG, and the named Beneficiary applied on this IPG are working together on the closing of a international trade transaction. The Guarantor is the person buying the goods defined on this IPG for reselling such goods for profits and gains to an end buyer. The said Beneficiary is assisting the Buyer and Seller on such a transaction in return for transparency of the deal being attempted as well as a share of the said gains, a portion of such as identified on this IPG. In where upon success of each said delivery of said named goods to a end buyer , the said Beneficiary shall be paid a commission for effort and assistance given to the Guarantor, such commission as secured by the Guarantor on behalf of the Beneficiary. The Guarantor shall issue a Stand by letter of credit for each entitlement where the Beneficiary shall present such a financial instrument to their own bank to enact collection. The details of the Transaction, Commission payments and particulars of Beneficiary are hereby fully specified ;

Terms and Conditions of IPG Issuance:
(1) Payment Instrument issued in accordance with UCP600 Banking Rules.(2) SLC supporting this IPG to be issued within 10 days of contract(s) associated with the transactions in hand is successfully and conclusively signed in where the Guarantor is buying goods from a supplier for selling such to a viable secured end buyer. (3) Any added marks or changes whatsoever applied to this IPG cancels its validity. (4) IPG affirms the Guarantor’s commitment to guarantee payment based upon the success of each shipment “Delivery” associated with the sales of goods as supported by the above transaction code. This IPG becomes ineffective upon each failed “Delivery”. The Monthly amount being protected is only assured and paid for each successful delivery. In a Multi deal each successful delivery will automatically cause the issuance of a new SLC upon the pervious issued SLC is collected upon (5) IPG is not transferable and cannot be reissued if lost. Pre advised SLC if issued via e-mail is done so for clarity and cannot be used in place of the original courier hard copy document which shall always be the operative financial instrument supporting each commission payment. (6) Tele transmitted IPG is the ruling document. (7) Each Financial instrument supporting this IPG as delivered via hard copy courier marked as “Original” is the ruling instrument as it prevails to the matter of collection of each entitled commission payment. E-mail copy of SLC if advised is done so for matters of clarity only. (8) Collection applied on the SLC once issued must be made from the issuers bank as implied on this IPG via a process initiated from the bank of the Beneficiary defined as the advising bank (9) Beneficiary support in accordance with URPIB Rules applies to this IPG Issuance.(10) Information given or disclosed on the IPG once returned to the Guarantor cannot be changed. (11) All bank charges and other statutory charges are for the account of the beneficiary as such becomes or may become apparent at collection time. Human Humanitarian deduction shall s take place before final SLC value is issued in accordance with URPIB rules. (12) UCP600 Conditions of the issuer and conditions applied on the SLC are statutory or legally binding obligation that the beneficiary must abide by to enact collection proceedings. (13) For reason of security Beneficiary is to scan issued IPG, apply signature by hand in blue Ink pen , re-scan and return to the issuer confirming as such in PDF or Jpeg form. (14) SLC collection and deposit of funds from such must be made into the named account of the Beneficiary. A statutory form of identification will be required to make collection on the Issued SLC and will be applied as a condition on the said financial instrument when issued.
